AUSTIN, Texas – Hailey Hernandez and Bridget O'Neil posted two top-three finishes in the 3-meter on the first day of the UT Diving Invitational held at the Lee and Joe Jamail Swimming Center.
In a stacked field, the Longhorns sent three to the finals on Thursday night. Hernandez continued her dominant freshman season finishing second with her score of 386.65 points, just less than three points behind Stanford's Carolina Sculti in first place.
O'Neil finished just behind Hernandez in third with her score of 372.20 points. Paola Pineda closed out the competition for the Longhorns, finishing seventh with a point total of 329.
