AUSTIN, Texas – University of Texas Football head coach Tom Herman and quarterback Sam Ehlinger both received preseason award recognition on Thursday, as Herman was named to the watch list for the 2019 Dodd Trophy, while Ehlinger was named to the Wuerffel Trophy watch list.
