On what kind of work he put in renewing the A&M-Texas and Kansas-Missouri rivalries:
It was clear to me that as long as DeLoss Dodds was the AD at Texas, he really wanted to punish Texas A&M for leaving the Big 12. He said that. He said some very bad things about us. He's gone. He's long gone.
