When the Texas Longhorns quarterback Quinn Ewers connected with wide receiver DeAndre Moore on a glance-route run-pass option that went for a 41-yard touchdown early in the fourth quarter against the Georgia Bulldogs in Saturday’s SEC Championship game in Atlanta, the game hung evenly in the balance, according to ESPN’s win probability chart, down from a high of 82.9 percent in favor of the Bulldogs late in the third quarter.
The Longhorns appeared to further consolidate momentum after Moore’s touchdown tied the game at 13-13 when nickel back Jaylon Guilbeau made a big tackle for loss on 3rd and 2, seemingly forcing a punt after the three and out by the Bulldogs.
