On Jan. 19's edition of Fox Sports' The Audible, analysts Bruce Feldman and Stewart Mandel discussed Texas' struggles in recruiting.
The duo pointed out that the Longhorns current recruiting class' ranks below Baylor, TCU, Oklahoma, Houston and Texas A&M. Feldman said Texas' opponents are out recruiting it because the Longhorns haven't been as successful on the field.
"Those schools [that Mandel] mentioned have all had way more success than Texas," Feldman said. "Just go back a couple of months ago, a lot of people wondered if Charlie Strong was even going to be there in 2016.
