Senior forward Royce Hamm Jr. is transferring to UNLV, per ESPN’s Jeff Borzello.

Hamm put his name in the transfer portal after seeing his minutes reduced during the season, playing only six minutes in the Longhorns loss to Abilene Christian in the NCAA Tournament.
The Houston native averaged 1.9 points and 2.5 rebounds on 53% shooting this season while playing just under 9 minutes per game.
Hamm publicly vented on Twitter after not playing any minutes against Kansas State in the Longhorns 80-77 victory back in early February.
