AUSTIN, Texas – Texas junior running back D'Onta Foreman (Texas City, Texas) has been named to the preseason watch list for The Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award Watch List, announced on Tuesday afternoon at the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce East Texas Kickoff Luncheon. The award, which is in its fourth season, recognizes the top offensive player in Division I football who also exhibits the enduring characteristics that define Earl Campbell: integrity, performance, teamwork, sportsmanship, drive, community and tenacity.
