AUSTIN, Texas - The Texas Football program will officially welcome the second wave of its 2021 signing class on Wednesday, the first day that prospective student-athletes are allowed to sign their National Letters of Intent during the February signing period. Signings will be announced here as they become official, as well as on Texas Football's social media channels.
