COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Five current and former Longhorn swimmers have been named to the United States team for the 2022 FINA World Championships (25m), USA Swimming announced on Wednesday. Current Longhorns Carson Foster, Jake Foster, David Johnston and Dakota Luther, and Texas Ex Drew Kibler will represent the United States at the short course world championships, which takes place December 13-18 at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre in Melbourne, Australia. Additionally, Men's Swimming and Diving head coach Eddie Reese will serve as an assistant coach on the team.
Carson Foster will represent the United States in the 200 and 400 IM and 200 fly, and Jake Foster will compete in the 400 IM.
