Enough Is enough.
All throughout the land, Texas Longhorns fans are clamoring against quarterback Quinn Ewers. Whether it’s online or at the office, cries for backup quarterback Arch Manning seem to get louder, more dramatic when talking about solutions to the red-zone struggles that have plagued the Longhorns of late.
Feeding into this frenzy of misinformed, emotion-driven chaos are college football pundits releasing piece after piece of media about Manning, consequently steering Longhorn fans toward Manning as a must-need, one-stop solution while painting Ewers as the limiting factor for this Longhorn team.
Manning is not the solution, at least not entirely, and I’ll explain why.
