• UT Athletics Diversity and Inclusion Council Growing up in Goldthwaite, Texas, Jody Conradt never considered coaching as a career path. After all, every coach she played for was male and, accordingly, she didn't realize it was an avenue she could pursue. Decades later, Conradt retired as one of the winningest head coaches in women's college basketball history. She currently ranks seventh on the all-time victories list with 900 (900-309) in 38 seasons as a collegiate head coach. She won 783 games in 31 seasons on the Forty Acres.
