Longhorn Track & Field Legend Cynthea Rhodes-Patterson will be inducted into the Women's Hall of Honor Friday.

It came down to her last jump at her last meet.
It was her senior season, and Cynthea Rhodes-Patterson had not yet qualified for the 1991 NCAA Indoor Championships in the triple jump. She saw the jumps she had to beat, and she knew her teammates were counting on her. With the pressure mounting, she was able to pull through for her team.
Now 26 years later, Rhodes-Patterson still draws inspiration from the career-defining moment.
