It was another busy recruiting week in D-FW.
Here are five takeaways.
1. Catalon makes cut -- Elite Mansfield Legacy defensive back Jalen Catalon is down to four schools. Catalon named a Top 4 of Arkansas, Oklahoma, TCU and Texas this week and will make official visits to those schools before his January commitment timeline. Catalon, who suffered a season-ending injury in Week 1, will also have an opportunity to play baseball wherever he lands. Texas is considered the favorite in his recruitment, but Oklahoma has been making a strong push over the last several weeks.
