The Voice of the Longhorns will be honored Monday night by the National Sports Media Association.
SALISBURY, N.C. – Craig Way, the Voice of the Longhorns, will be honored on Monday night as the Texas Sportscaster of the Year by the National Sports Media Association. He will be recognized with his first award from the organization as part of the NSMA Awards Weekend in Winston-Salem, N.C.
Way has been the Longhorns play-by-play voice for football, men's and women's basketball and baseball since 2001, in addition to hosting Longhorn Weekly. He is also the host of High School Scoreboard Live on Fox Sports Southwest.
