Texas DL Keondre Coburn and RB Bijan Robinson are on the watch lists for College Football’s Defensive Player of the Year and Player of the Year awards, respectively.
Philadelphia – Texas junior DL Keondre Coburn and sophomore RB Bijan Robinson were named to the 2021 watch lists for the Bednarik Award and Maxwell Award, respectively, by the Maxwell Football Club on Monday. The Bednarik Award has been presented annually to the College Defensive Player of the Year since 1995, while the Maxwell Award has been given to the College Player of the Year since 1937.
