CLEVELAND, Ohio — Chris Plonsky, women's athletics director and executive senior associate athletics director for external services at The University of Texas, has been elected President of the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) for the 2016-17 term, the Association announced Tuesday morning. The passing of the gavel took place in conjunction with the 51st Annual NACDA Convention, June 12-15 at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas.
"It is an honor to serve NACDA, its membership and Executive Committee," Plonsky said.
