Taking stock of the final week of the regular season in the Big 12:
Team of the week: Texas and Kansas State split the honor here with tremendous victories to end the regular season. In their 23-17 win, the Longhorns got the benefit of playing a Baylor team that didn't have a quarterback for three quarters. Still, Texas took it to the Bears early, then came up with enough plays late to end its year with a second win over a top-15 opponent. K-State, meanwhile, overcame a 13-3 halftime deficit to prevail 24-23, despite completing only 10 passes, gaining just two yards per rush and losing the turnover battle.
