The Austin American-Statesman reports that three-time national championship coach Urban Meyer has turned down the Texas Longhorns head coaching job due to health issues.
From the Statesman: “However, ‘no decision’ has been made about whether to move on from UT’s current coach Tom Herman, the source [told the Statesman over the weekend.] Texas officials are still ‘sorting through’ their options, the source said.”
Bummer.
