It seemed as though the table was set for a Texas Tech Red Raiders win last weekend.
Then the Texas Longhorns happened.
With more than three minutes to go before the end of regulation, and after Texas Tech running back SaRodorick Thompson scampered for a 75-yard touchdown to give the Red Raiders a 56-41 lead, Tech quarterback Alan Bowman gave the hated “horns down” signal.
Then they lost.
Been there, done that. Just ask Longhorn quarterback Sam Ehlinger.
