Former Texas Longhorns linebacker Malik Jefferson signed with the Indianapolis Colts this week, according to a report in 247Sports.
From 247Sports: “[Jefferson] spent most of last season with the Los Angeles Chargers. After originally signing with the team in November 2019, he was waived ahead of the 2020 season and had a brief stint on the Tennessee Titans’ practice squad before rejoining the Chargers’ practice squad on Sept. 16. He was elevated to the active roster just 10 days later and went on to appear in 13 games last season for the Chargers, recording five total tackles while playing primarily on special teams.
