Bleacher Report ranks the Texas Longhorns’ decision to hire Alabama offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian as the program’s new head coach as the best of the offseason cycle.

Based on what Steve Sarkisian did as the offensive coordinator at Alabama, that portion of the Longhorns’ concerns should be gone. ...
