With Texas Longhorns head coach Tom Herman out, and Steve Sarkisian in, there’s not much reason to think defensive coordinator Chris Ash plans, or will be asked, to stick around for 2021. According to 247Sports, Chris Ash is in talks with the Florida Gators, where he could potentially join head coach Dan Mullen in the same, or similar, position.
