Billy Bowman will join the Oklahoma Sooners next year.
The 2021 four-star athlete out of Denton, Texas, was a former commit to the Texas Longhorns.
Here’s what 247Sports had to say about Bowman: “Bowman is a standout on both sides of the ball for Denton Ryan High School, a team currently undefeated in 2020. Formerly committed to Texas, he’ll have the opportunity to play on offense or defense for Oklahoma. Bowman is also standout returner for the Ryan Raiders, adding a special teams-aspect to his potential contribution. Regardless of what he’ll be asked to do, this is a huge get for Oklahoma and its 2021 group.
