AUSTIN, Texas — Following a banner 2024 campaign, Texas Longhorns junior Max Belyeu garnered his third preseason All-America honor, picking up second-team distinction from Baseball America on Tuesday morning.

Belyeu, who previously received preseason first-team recognition from Perfect Game and third-team plaudits from D1Baseball, collected All-America accolades from three outlets following the 2024 campaign.

The 6-foot-2, 215-pound outfielder slashed .329/.423/.667 with 18 home runs and 53 RBI.

Belyeu led the Longhorns in slugging percentage, while matching the team lead in homers to earn Big 12 Player of the Year honors.

Last week, Belyeu and the Longhorns were listed 14th in Baseball America's preseason poll.
