AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Baseball secured its first series win of the season with a 5-2 win over Indiana on Saturday at UFCU Disch-Falk Field.
The Longhorns (3-3) will go for the series sweep over the Hoosiers on Sunday at noon.
Zane Morehouse made his second start of the season and pitched five innings, allowing just one run on one hit. The only run he allowed was from some self-inflicted damage in the fifth. He finished with four strikeouts and two walks.
DJ Burke closed out the final 2.2 innings to earn his first career save for the Longhorns.
