AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Baseball scored five runs in the fourth and got five scoreless innings from the bullpen to secure a 6-2 win over UTSA Tuesday night in the home opener at UFCU Disch-Falk Field.
Tristan Stevens pitched two innings of relief to pick up his second win of the season. He allowed just one hit and faced seven batters. Pete Hansen pitched the final three innings and struck out four batters to record his first career save.
UTSA took an early lead with a run in the top of the first.
