AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Baseball dropped the series finale to No. 14 Oklahoma State, 7-2, on Sunday at UFCU Disch-Falk Field.
The Longhorns (30-19, 15-9) won their fourth-consecutive series despite the loss in Sunday's finale.
Jack O'Dowd and Kimble Schuessler provided the only runs for the Longhorns with solo home runs in the game.
Oklahoma State grabbed a 3-0 lead in the fourth inning with a pair of home runs off of starter Lebarron Johnson Jr.
The Cowboys added a run to the lead in the fifth and chased Johnson out of the game in the process.
