AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Baseball rallied for a 4-2 win over Indiana, as Porter Brown hit a go-ahead three-run homer in the eighth inning on Friday night at UFCU Disch-Falk Field.
The Longhorns (2-3) trailed 2-1 going into the bottom of the eighth before Eric Kennedy started the inning with a double and Dylan Campbell walked to put two runners on. With a 2-1 count, Brown delivered the clutch go-ahead bomb out to right-center field.
Chris Stuart picked up the win in relief, going 2.1 scoreless and hitless innings.
