1. Oklahoma (22) -- Oklahoma is dominating on the recruiting trail by taking advantage of its on-field success under Lincoln Riley. The Sooners signed a pair of five-star prospects committed in Allen wide receiver Theo Wease and Arizona quarterback Spencer Rattler.
