1. Sam Ehlinger, QB: Ehlinger not only proved he's the guy to lead Texas, but that he's also one of the best quarterbacks in the Big 12. He put up numbers that approached Vince Young and Colt McCoy territory. He accounted for 38 total touchdowns and 3,541 total yards, which rank tied for second and fifth in school history for a single season, respectively.
2. Lil'Jordan Humphrey, WR: Many expected Humphrey to have a breakout year, but it was his counterpart, Collin Johnson, who entered the season with all the NFL hype. Humphrey, though, easily turned himself into an NFL prospect and one of the toughest receivers in the country.
