Instead of making a decision on National Signing Day, Yoakum wide receiver and key Texas Longhorns target Joshua Moore will commit on Sunday:

The 6’1, 170-pounder is set to take an official visit to his other finalist, the Oregon Ducks, this weekend. A little more than a week ago, Moore was on campus in Austin:

And, on Monday evening, Longhorns head coach Tom Herman was scheduled to have an in-home visit with Moore, which could help explain the decision to announce this weekend instead of on February 7.
