One of the designated spring official visit weekends for the Texas Longhorns will feature Camden (Ark.) Fairview offensive tackle Stacey Wilkins in Austin from May 4-6, according to Inside Texas and other reports.
The 6’7, 280-pounder surfaced on the Longhorns radar back in February when he visited for a Junior Day. Not long before that, he was making his name on the national scene with a strong performance at the US Army Combine in San Antonio.
Arkansas and USC are in the mix for Wilkins, but the perceived leader right now is Oklahoma following a visit for the spring game in Norman last weekend that produced a number of commitments.
