Here are three takeaways from Saturday's game:
1. Woeful 3-point shooting on display in first half
It was a poor effort to say the least from behind the 3-point stripe in the first half for both teams, who combined to shoot six air balls.
Oklahoma State went 4-for-15 from downtown (27 percent) while the Longhorns hit 5-of-14 (36 percent).
