The Texas Longhorns are one of five programs remaining for Tenaha linebacker Jeremy Patton, who released the list of his top five schools on Monday.
Arkansas, Baylor, LSU, and Michigan are the other finalists for the 6’1, 210-pounder who has played running back, wide receiver, and linebacker for Tenaha.
The Longhorns got Patton on campus in early June for an official visit.
Baylor and Michigan also landed official visits from Patton, who has yet to trip to Fayetteville and Baton Rouge, visits that could alter the current trajectory of his recruitment, which has seemingly trended in favor of Texas even before Patton made it to the Forty Acres.
