After a three-year career that was filled with broken records and touchdowns, Texas Longhorns tight end Ja’Tavion Sanders will hear his name called at the 2024 NFL Draft.
After starring on both sides of the ball in high school at Denton Ryan, Sanders committed to Texas and opted to play tight end in Steve Sarkisian’s offense after signing with former head coach Tom Herman as the No. 13 player nationally and the No. 1 athlete, according to the 247Composite rankings. While his first year in Austin was oriented around special teams, Sanders popped off in his final two years.
