After starting for the first time as a junior, Texas Longhorns defensive tackle Byron Murphy put the nation and NFL teams on notice with a campaign that has him poised to become a first-round selection in the 2024 NFL Draft.
The interior defensive lineman from DeSoto had a stellar high school career as a four-year varsity letterman before choosing to attend Texas, compiling 79 tackles, 22 tackles for loss, 14 sacks, 14 pressures, one fumble recovery, and one forced fumble as a senior.
