It's time to refresh my rankings for the 2023 NFL draft, my first since the end of the regular season. I've been through a bunch of bowl game tape, and there are a few risers and fallers based on what I saw this season and what I've heard from execs and coaches in the league. I also just debuted my first mock draft of the cycle. The combine is coming up quickly, and we'll start to figure out team needs as free agency hits in March.
