National signing day is here, and some of the biggest moves in college football are becoming official, like QB Arch Manning, the No. 2 recruit and nephew of Peyton and Eli, signing his national letter of intent to Texas.
But many top prospects ultimately flipped their commitments. No. 3 QB Dante Moore flipped his commitment from Oregon to UCLA right before the early signing period, and the Ducks responded by poaching an ESPN 300 quarterback of their own, flipping Austin Novosad from Baylor.
