We believe Texas is now a National Title contender with Matt Coleman running the show, Mo Bamba in the paint, and a re-done Longhorns roster.
So, let’s roll this forward to the 2018 NCAA Tournament and Final Four.
Guess where the Final Four is next season? San Antonio at the Alamodome. The Longhorns wouldn’t even have to leave the state to compete for the biggest prize in college basketball.
And, if Texas has the type of season we now expect under Shaka Smart, the Longhorns might not have to leave the state for the opening round.
