AUSTIN, Texas – The Texas Track & Field team continues to add to its academic honors for 2015 as the USTFCCCA announced its All-Academic Teams and Scholar Teams on Friday. Texas had seven men and six women recognized as members of the All-Academic Teams while the Longhorn women also received the honor of being named an All-Academic Team.
To be eligible for team recognition, a team must earn a cumulative team GPA of 3.00 or higher. The Texas women boasted a team GPA of 3.32 this year. The men's team just missed out on receiving the award with a 2.
