The Texas Longhorns have picked up another top recruit on National Signing Day. Four-star LB Jeffrey McCulloch announced Wednesday that he's joining the Longhorns.
McCulloch was widely expected to pick Texas, so the decision isn't a much of a surprise.
McCulloch is the No. 59 overall player in the 2016 class, per 247Sports' composite rankings. He's the No. 4 OLB and the No. 11 player from Texas.
