Brown is currently ranked as the #60 safety in the nation and #112 overall prospect in the state, per 247Sports Composite. His offer sheets includes the likes of Arizona State, Michigan, Oklahoma, Wisconsin and others.
Brown previously made an unofficial visit to Austin back in March with teammate and current Texas target Dontavious Jackson. He also made it to Austin in February for junior day.
The 5-foot-11, 183-pound defensive back notched 43 tackles and five interceptions during his junior season. He also has plenty of versatility position-wise, slotting in at cornerback if/when necessary.
