Every game during the course of the college football season takes its own special toll, but these next four games are the closest thing to a breather the Texas Longhorns will get in 2015. Here’s our list of the 4 Easiest Games On Texas’ 2015 Schedule:
4) vs. Cal Golden Bears (Sept. 19)
Cal is expected to be one of the breakout teams in college football this season behind the arm of Jared Goff, but they are still one of the handful of teams on the Longhorns' schedule that did not make a bowl game last season. Texas has won all four previous meetings between the two sides, and with the game being in Austin, they should hold a major advantage.
3) at Iowa State Cyclones (Oct. 31)
Iowa State is consistently one of the worst teams in the Big 12, and they aren't expected to improve much this season. Texas should be weary of facing they Cyclones on the road on Halloween, but they should win this easily.
2) vs. Kansas Jayhawks (Nov. 7)
Speaking of Big 12 cellar-dwellars, no team epitimizes that like the Kansas Jayhawks. They have been one of the worst teams in all of major callege football during the past decade, and there isn't a lot of hope for them this year.
1) vs. Rice Owls (Sept. 12)
Rice is only in this game to pick up a nice check while giving Texas a scrimmage-type game on their home field. The Longhorns will dominate the Owls and win easily.
