HOOVER, Ala.- No. 13 Texas A&M won the 2015 SEC Women’s Golf Championship at Greystone Golf & Country Club by 13 strokes over South Carolina with a final score of 851 (-13). It is Texas A&M’s first conference title since 2010, and the Aggies’ first in the SEC. The Aggies have now won six conference championships in women’s golf.
The Aggies’ 851 is the second-lowest three-round total in SEC history, and the Aggies 13-under finish is the lowest score, relative to par, in SEC Championship history.
Sophomore Bianca Fabrizio won the individual championship with a score of 207 (-9), finishing two strokes ahead of teammate, freshman Maddie Szeryk 209 (-7).
