Ben Baby, Texas A&M football beat writer for SportsDayDFW.com and The Dallas Morning News, answers your questions about the team in a recent live chat. Here are some highlights:
Who is Texas A&M's starting quarterback next season?
Baby: Right now, you'd have to lean toward Nick Starkel. Until Kellen Mond becomes a better passer, it appears he's not a viable option as a starting quarterback, even if he's a better runner than Starkel. Starkel's accuracy is good enough to have a defense concerned, which hasn't been the case for Mond going back to his playing days at San Antonio Reagan and IMG Academy.
