Kyle Allen threw a bit of a wrench into the Aggie Football machine last night when he announced he would be transferring. But where? His release has been granted immediately, and the only restrictions are upon other SEC schools or future Aggie opponents.
What are some locations being talked about?
Where won't he end up?
Obviously, not an SEC school. Here are the P5 opponents the Aggies face in the next three seasons:
- UCLA (2016, 2017)
- Clemson (2018)
And just in case, here are the other teams the Ags are slated to face that we can rule out:
- UTSA
- New Mexico
- New Mexico State
- ULM
- ULL
- Prairie View A&M
- Nicholls State
Allen is the fifth Aggie QB to transfer since early 2013: Jameill Showers (UTEP), Matt Davis (SMU), and Matt Joeckel and Kenny Hill (both to TCU) all stayed in-state, although Allen is an Arizona native.
