The NFL Draft came to a conclusion on Saturday afternoon, and with that came a flurry of activity with undrafted rookies signing deals with their new NFL teams. Three Texas A&M Aggies joined the NFL ranks via this route.
Receiver Quartney Davis was a player whom many thought would be drafted, but when he wasn’t, he had several teams bidding for his services. Though he initially had agreed to terms with the Dallas Cowboys, that offer was apparently upped by the Minnesota Vikings, who inked the Aggie wideout.
I want to thank the @Vikings for giving me this opportunity.
