Chuck Carlton: Recruiting. More recruiting. And maybe finding a quarterback. If Fisher can hit a home run with his second class, that will build a lot of good will. With Alabama and Clemson on the schedule early, don't expect a quick start to the Jimbo era. But if he can stockpile talent as well as identify a quarterback of the future, he'll have done a lot.
