One of the victims in a 2017 case involving a former Texas A&M football player convicted of indecent exposure opened up about the incident and the university's handling of the case.
In a Twitter post late Monday evening, Meghan Romere chastised the university's response to her and other cases and shared her account of the incident involving former Aggie wide receiver Kirk Merritt. Romere's post came after an A&M student's tweet about a men's swim and dive athlete still competing at the school after he was found responsible for sexual assault went viral.
"You failed me," Romere said.
