Texas A&M got back on track with a 38-24 win over Ole Miss last weekend after suffering consecutive road losses to Mississippi State and Auburn.
With the win, the Aggies moved to 4-3 in SEC play, keeping them in contention to likely fall into the pool of six bowl games the league assigns to each team at the end of the season rather than fall into contention of the conference's lower tier bowls -- Independence and Birmingham.
A&M still has a chance to move up the pecking order, too, with upcoming home games against Conference USA's league leader UAB and LSU, who sits one game ahead of the Aggies in the Western Division.
